If you are a Free user, you'll need to ask us to amend your course language on your behalf - so please submit a ticket here or contact email@example.com. If you want to edit the languages you already speak, please go to "Settings" and then click on "Languages". If you are a Premium user you can change the languages you are learning and speaking by going to "Settings" and then clicking on "Languages". To change your course language you can also click on the flag icon at the top of your dashboard.

How can I change the language I'm learning on the website?
How can I manage my email notifications?
You can manage the kind of emails you receive from us in "Settings" > "Notifications". If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, you can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter you received. Please note, when switching off notifications, you will still receive password resets, purchase confirmations and changes to our terms & conditions via email!
Where can I see my Premium Membership information?
You can find all the information relating to your membership by going to https://www.busuu.com/dashboard#/settings/subscription. If you have purchased through our Android or iOS apps you can manage your subscription by visiting the following links: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2476088?hl=en (Android) https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039 (iOS) You will be able to see the membership type you selected, the renewal date and if your subscription is already cancelled, the expiry date. Once a subscription expires, your account will revert back to Free membership status.
How can I report a bug?
To report a bug or technical issue in our website or apps, please provide us with the following information: - The language you are learning, your interface language, the lesson/exercise title and the specific part of the app or website where you are experiencing problems Also providing screenshots will help us to better understand the problem. To send us a screenshot of the website, please press Ctrl+Prt Scr keys on Windows or ⌘ + Shift + 3 on Mac capturing the URL of the affected page. For mobile screenshots, depending on the type of device you would need to: *Press the Power and Home buttons (Samsung Galaxy S2, S3, Note and Express); *Press the Power and Home buttons, or the Power and Volume-Down buttons (HTC One); *Press the Power and Volume Down buttons (Nexus 4 and Kindle Fire); *Press and release the home and power button at the same time (iPhone/iPad). Nearly every device that supports screenshots uses one of these methods. Once you've taken your screenshots, please send them as attachments with your request, by submitting a request or emailing us directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What learning activities are available?
There is a range of different types of activities available to help you learn a language with busuu. Vocabulary: This is where you can find the important phrases and vocabulary that you need to know. You also have access to Dialogues and (if you're a Premium member) Review activities too! Great for recapping the phrases you've learnt. Grammar: The grammar units help develop your language skills through the introduction and application of grammar structures. Writing: Write a short text about a given topic and submit your written work to native speakers for correction. Voice recording: You can practise your pronunciation by recording a character’s part in a dialogue and posting it for native speakers to comment on. Voice recording is only available to Premium Members. Media Units: You can practise your writing skills using a variety of images from National Geographic, which are updated daily. You can then submit your comments for correction by native speakers. This function is only available to Premium users. London Central: London Central is a ten-episode video course for English learners, only available for Premium users.
