You can access your subscription status and make changes on the web or in the app.
To manage your subscription from the web:
- Log in to your Busuu account.
- Click on your profile picture at the top of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Subscription tab to view and manage your subscription. If you purchased your subscription directly on the website, you can make changes from this section.
To view your subscription status in the app:
- Open the app and go to the Me tab.
- Tap the Settings button located in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section and tap on Manage subscription.
Please note that specific subscription information, such as expiration date and renewal price, can only be accessed from the platform where you purchased your subscription. See more information on managing your subscription on the App Store here, or on the Google Play Store here.
When you sign up for our Premium subscription, you’ll be automatically re-billed until you decide to cancel it. You can choose from three different billing cycles, ranging from one to twelve months. The payment for your subscription is collected in advance, and any changes or exceptions will be explained during the checkout process. Please note that pricing may vary depending on the platform, active promotions, and your local currency.
