For subscriptions purchased in the App Store or Google Play Store:
- Open Busuu on the same device you used to make your purchase. Ensure it’s connected to the same Apple ID/Google account used to buy the Premium plan.
- Look for a Premium banner either at the top of your dashboard or on the side as you scroll and tap it.
- Follow the prompts until you reach the page where you select a Premium plan, but don’t select a plan again.
- Scroll down to find the Restore purchases option and tap it to link your Premium plan.
