- Where you found the error (for example: Level A1 - Chapter 1 - Lesson “Hello”)
- The make and model of your device
- If you’re on the web, your browser
- If you’re using the app, your app version
- Your device’s operating system (e.g., MacOS Sierra, iOS 16, Android 13, etc.)
- Any screenshots that could help us understand the problem better
