For issues with the Busuu app:
If you’re having trouble with progress sync or your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log out of Busuu
- Close the app completely
- Log back in
For unexpected behavior, try these steps:
- Uninstall the app
- Force-restart your device
- Reinstall the app
To ensure compatibility, make sure your device is running the latest version of its operating software. Find instructions for iOS/iPadOS devices here and for Android devices here.
For issues with Busuu on the web:
If you get an error, make sure you’ve disabled any ad or pop-up blockers in your browser or add Busuu to the allowed list. Some browser extensions may also affect the site, so try disabling them. Clearing cookies and the cache on your browser can also help.
If the problem persists, take a console screenshot to show our team the exact error. Here’s how:
- Right-click on the screen when the issue occurs
- Click Inspect
- Go to the Console tab
- Take a screenshot of the text, including any red error messages
- Send the screenshot along with a brief description of the problem to team@busuu.com
