When you cancel, your Premium plan won't renew for the next period and you won’t pay again. You can still use Busuu Premium until your current subscription runs out.

Paid on the Busuu website? Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Log in and click on your profile picture at the top of your screen.
Tell us why you're leaving (we'd love to know how we can improve!), then finalise by clicking on 'Cancel anyway'. You'll see a confirmation page next.
Paid through PayPal? Follow these instructions to remove Busuu from your automatic payments.
Paid with your Apple ID or through the App Store? Follow the instructions here.
