When you cancel, your Premium plan won’t renew for the next period and you won’t pay again. You can still use Busuu Premium until your current subscription runs out.
You can cancel your subscription from the platform you use to make your payment.
If you paid on the Busuu website, here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Log in and click on your profile picture at the top of your screen.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to the Subscription tab
- Click Cancel Premium.
- Tell us why you’re canceling (we’d love to know how we can improve!), then finalize by clicking Cancel anyway. You’ll see a final confirmation page.
If you paid through PayPal, follow these instructions to remove Busuu from your automatic payments.
If you paid with your Apple ID or through the App Store, follow the instructions here.

If you paid via your cell phone carrier in one of the following countries, you can manage or cancel your subscription here.
