I’m having issues with speech recognition exercises.

If you’re having issues with speech recognition exercises, first make sure you’re using a compatible device.

On iOS: 

1. Check if Busuu can access your microphone in your Settings
2. If you can’t find Busuu on the list, uninstall and reinstall it
3. Go back to Busuu and try a speech exercise; when asked, grant microphone access

On Android:

1. Check that the Google app is installed
2. Check that both the Google app and Busuu can access your microphone
3. If you can’t find Busuu on the list, uninstall and reinstall it
4. Go back to Busuu and try a speech exercise; when asked, grant microphone access
