In the rare case that a teacher may miss a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive the credit you used to book that lesson back.
You can check your available credit balance by following the instructions on How can I check how many lessons I have?.
If the teacher joined the lesson but could not complete it as a result of unanticipated developments or if you do not receive your credit back, our team can help!
