You can check your lessons balance from the Live Lessons section after accessing your Busuu account from the website or by accessing your Busuu Live dashboard from the direct link here.
Once there, simply select the My Balance button at the top right of your screen, right next to your Profile icon.
Here, you can select your Private or Live Group lessons to check:
Available credits: The number of lessons you can book (as provided by your admin). Please note that available credits expire if they are unused, so make sure to book your lessons promptly! You can see more on this on When do my lessons expire?.
Upcoming lessons: Lessons you have scheduled either privately with a teacher or Live Group Lessons booked.
Completed lessons: A list of all of your completed lessons for this section.
Cancelled lessons: Lessons that have been cancelled in the past, either by the student(s) or the teacher.
Missed lessons: Lessons that were scheduled but not attended at the agreed start time and date.
After your Busuu account admin provides you with Busuu Live lessons, you are responsible for managing them. Check our articles below to ensure that you are prepared to navigate through your lessons:
