I have a problem with my Busuu invitation
If your employer pays for your Busuu account, your invitation to join Busuu will also be managed via your organization.
If you have received an invitation to join Busuu through your employer and the invitation is not working, please contact the person responsible for administering your Busuu account at your organization. They can make sure your invitation is valid and that any codes you have been given are correct.
I can no longer access some Busuu features
If you are using Busuu through your employer and have suddenly lost access to a Busuu feature, you should:
Verify that you’re logged in to the correct Busuu account by checking you’re using the same email credentials you registered with. You can double-check which email is associated with your Busuu account in your original invitation email.
Check with your organization if your account is still valid. Your Busuu license provided by your organization, which gives you access to the platform, may have expired.
