In the rare instance that a teacher misses a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive the credit you used to book that lesson back.
You can check your available credit balance by following the instructions in How can I check how many lessons I have?.
If the teacher joined the lesson but couldn’t finish it due to unanticipated developments, or if you do not receive your credit back, our team can help!
