I have a problem with my Busuu invitation
If your employer pays for your Busuu account, your invitation to join Busuu will also be managed directly via your organisation.
If you have received an invitation to join Busuu through your employer, and the invitation is not working, please contact the person responsible for the administration of your Busuu account at your organisation. They can ensure your invitation is valid and that any codes you may have been given are correct.
I can no longer access some Busuu features
If you are using Busuu through your employer, and a Busuu feature has suddenly stopped, you should:
Verify that you’re logged into the correct Busuu account by checking you’re using the same email credentials you registered with. You can double-check which email is associated with your Busuu account on your original invitation email.
Speak to your organisation to check if your account is still valid. Your Busuu license provided by your organisation, which gives you access to the platform, may have expired.
