Apple handles your refund request
You paid through the App Store, so Apple handles your payment and any refund. Busuu can’t send or approve this request, so this form won’t be sent.
Use the button below and sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy your subscription. Select I’d like to, then Request a refund. Pick a reason, choose your Busuu subscription and send the request. Apple decides whether your purchase qualifies, and asks you to allow 24–48 hours for an update.
If you can’t find the purchase, check which Apple Account appears on the receipt and sign in with that account.
Cancel future renewals separately. Asking for a refund does not cancel your subscription. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions to stop future charges.
Your mobile provider handles your refund request
You paid through your mobile phone bill, so your mobile provider handles your payment and any refund. Busuu can’t send or approve this request, so this form won’t be sent.
Use the button below to find the support details for your country and provider. Contact the company shown on your phone bill to ask for a refund. Your provider decides whether they can refund the charge.
