But if you want to cancel your subscription with Busuu, here are the steps to follow:


1) If you subscribed from our website, you need to log into our website again, go to Settings > Subscription and press the button to cancel the subscription. This means that it won't renew at the end of the period you have already paid for. You can still access our Premium content until the end of the period you have already paid for.


2) If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, you will need to cancel it from your Android account. This link explains how to do it from your device: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481

3) If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, you will need to cancel your subscription from your iTunes account. Here is a link explaining how to do that: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039 

Note that Busuu cannot manage/cancel subscriptions made directly from the App Store, only you or Apple can do that. So if you have issues cancelling your subscription from your iOS device, please contact Apple Customer Service.


4) If you subscribed from your Android device with PayPal, you will have to cancel the recurring payment from your PayPal account:

Log into your PayPal account

Go to Settings (cog-wheel icon)

Go to “Payments” Select “Manage pre-approved payments”

Find the Busuu Limited subscription in the list Select "Cancel" on the right-hand side
