Please make sure you have the latest version of the Flash Player plugin by visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. You might also want to clear the cache and cookies in your browser.

You can also go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager09.html and click on "d5xq2cphu07z6,cloudfront.net" in the list and select "Delete website".

This should help to disable the microphone connection, so that the when you close and re-open the browser and go to a recording exercise, you can start again.

You should be able to select "I have a microphone" after which a pop-up window appears - you need to accept the busuu-plugin by pressing "Allow" and selecting "Remember".

If your microphone is working properly, then changing the Flash Settings as described above should resolve any issues.
