If you have purchased Premium through our website you should automatically be upgraded. However, if you are unable to access any additional content, please log out and back in, which should re-sync your account with your purchase.

If this does not help, please contact us via the "Submit a request" button or via team@busuu.com and provide us with proof of payment - this can be the confirmation email from us, a copy of your bank statement showing the transaction or further details relating to your payment such as date, time and the last 4 digits of your bank card.

We will then be able to verify your purchase and ensure you have been upgraded to Premium.
